A creamy Asian inspired red salad dressing bursting with umami flavour from red pepper, miso, and tamari, blended up in 5 min!
I created this lovely salad dressing concoction one night while making dinner for Mr. Matt one night. I was so impressed with how it turned out I immediately tried to remember everything I added into the blender. Like many salad dressings I create, I am usually just throwing left overs from the fridge together in my high speed blender and sometimes magic happens like this red pepper miso dressing.
I’m always inspired to create delicious healthy salad dressings because when you think about it a salad is only as good as its dressing… so make sure it’s a good one!
I love the unique fresh Asian flavours this salad dressing has from the miso paste, tamari, green onion and red pepper. Drizzle this delicious and healthy salad dressing over a crunchy green salad, noodle Buddha bowl or even on some pan-fried salmon, are you drooling yet?
